Coming from a family of entrepreneurs who have built, operated, and sold multiple businesses, she understands transactions not only from a legal perspective, but from an ownership and operational standpoint. She works closely with clients through every stage of a deal, including letters of intent, due diligence, contract negotiation, lease review, entity formation, and closing, with a focus on minimizing risk and keeping transactions moving efficiently.
Her litigation background gives her an added advantage in transactional work by helping clients identify potential issues early and structure deals strategically to avoid future disputes.
Hannah is married to Dr. Maysam, owner of Kind Dental of La Mesa, and together they have two young children and are active real estate investors in San Diego County.
